Deciwave - Robot Rocking for Google Wave

Last Sunday I built a little robot for Google Wave which allows to embed music players from GoEar, Jamendo and The Sixty One: Deciwave.

It was really simple, once I got the Gadget API and its inners, to be able to replace a blip with the players. When I made one player I was so amazed that I integrated all my frequent music sites.

If you want to use it, just add deciwave@appspot.com to your wave, create a new blip and paste a share URL on it.

I want to add more music players, so I'm open to suggestions, although my next integration is going to be the Jamendo Album player, to add full albums in your waves (maybe it would be useful to RPG sessions music background!).

Happy wave rocking!

How to turn your Firefox into Google Chrome - The (Almost) Definitive Guide

Lifehacker gave us (a year ago) a new guide to costumize Firefox into a Google Chrome clone, both functionality and look and feel, based on the guidelines of their user AsianAngel.

It is far from being a full clone because of the titlebar showing yet at top of our window. So, there is another way to improve the awesome AsianAngel's add-ons stack? Yes, there is: Chromin Frame.

What is this intended for? As Zero Fire says in Chromin's page:
Chromin Frame places the tab bar at the top of window, and replace the title bar and window frame bringing it closer to the Chrome look.
And you know what? It works flawlessly and it looks cooler with Chromifox Basic! Even it is crossplatform, so everyone can enjoy it, althought it doesn't have the Aero "bing". I hope somebody can test out how to enable transparency in Windows Vista/7 with Total ReChrome. I can't test it now because I'm on Arch Linux.

It has only one downside: the titlebar will appear when the window is not maximized. By the way, I love to work with maximized browser, so it works for me.

Before going to the list, I want to show you some nice screenshot:
Firefox

Chromium

As you can see, there is almost no difference between Firefox and Chromium, after installing my full stack (based on AsianAngel's one and Chromnome collection). Here goes the list:
As said, you maybe can replace Chromin Frame with Total ReChrome on Windows and get all the Aero eye-candy.

Please, after those astonishing results, show some love to every add-ons creator because they are doing a great work for all of us.

Kudos to AsianAngel and Lifehacker to bring the inspiration for this guide.

Note: In order to get the exact result as me, you must costumize your navigation toolbar and configure Personal Menu to bring all the menus to the spanner button and to hide Menus toolbar in its preferences, Advanced: Hide Menus Toolbar and Hide top border of the first toolbar.
